Through self-defense training, leadership development, and values-driven mentorship, we empower students to build lasting confidence, resilience, and respect for themselves and others.

Our History
Originally established as Karate Academy in 2009, Fortified Champions has evolved over the years, expanding into a Martial Arts Centre in 2022.
From its modest beginnings, Fortified Champions has developed into a local institution, providing a platform for individuals seeking physical and mental conditioning.
Beyond its role as a training facility, Fortified Champions has become a community-oriented space where discipline and teamwork are emphasized.

You can either pay per class, or become a member for unlimited access to all of our classes
We currently offer traditional Goju Ryu Karate, Jiu-Jitsu and MMA classes
We have classes starting from 5 years old and above.
Classes are split by age group depending on the type of martial art. For more info on age requirements please see the page for your preferred martial art
We do! All levels of experience are welcome. We have all been a beginner and understand what its like to start a new martial art.
All you need for your first class is workout clothes, a water bottle, enthusiasm and excitement to learn
Yes!
Depending on your style of martial art, each style has its own unique belt and grading system
Yes!
We are involved in a larger group of martial arts schools, associations and federations which includes training camps and tournaments from grass roots local up to National and International level
No, we understand the need for flexibility, so we don't do lock in contracts or long term commitments. If you choose to join a membership, you can cancel at any time with only 2 weeks notice.
All sparring and contact training requires safety protection. Each martial art has a varying level of protective equipment including mouth guards, gloves, leg guards as well as the option for groin guards and chest guards.
